Giving
Our annual operating budget comes from the gifts of members and friends, mainly through a yearly pledge campaign. If you wish to make a pledge, pick up a pledge card from the church, contact our Financial Administrator Becky Austin by email or phone 216.321.2660, or simply fill in the amount you wish to pledge in the comment section of our Contact form.
Why Give?
Forest Hill folks donate their time and talents to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and welcome the stranger. Many others donate a portion of their income to finance the work of our congregation and other organizations fighting injustice and spreading Christ’s message. Financial giving not only benefits Forest Hill but enriches us as we practice the spiritual discipline of giving.
Ways to Give:
- On-line:
Regular givers can add “Forest Hill Church” as one of their regular online bill payees and make direct online payments through their financial institution. No fees will be deducted from the amount Forest Hill receives. For extra convenience, you can set up automatic monthly payments through your bank as well.
Occasional givers may donate via Paypal, using either a Paypal account or credit card. Just click the button below. Please note that Paypal charges the church a fee for gifts made through their service, so it’s not recommended for regular, ongoing donations.
- In Person: Cash, checks or money orders made payable to “Forest Hill Church, Presbyterian” may be:
* placed in the offering plate during Sunday worship,
* dropped off at our offices during normal business hours, or
* mailed to:

You may write one check for different purposes. Just write in the memo line how much should be allocated to each fund (Base Pledge, Building Campaign, Flowers, etc.)
- Gifts of Stock: To donate stock to Forest Hill Church, please contact our Financial Administrator Becky Austin by email or phone 216.321.2660.
- The Forest Hill Church Endowment Fund: A portion of our funding comes from the Forest Hill Church Endowment Fund. Bequests and memorial gifts to this fund are invested and a percentage of the annual income is gifted back to the church.

Our facilities are an important part of our mission, providing space not just for worship, but for community meetings, daycare, after-school learning, town-hall meetings on social justice issues, NOAH involvement, Scout activities, musical events and more.
