Women’s Groups
Small women’s groups known as Circles meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month for fellowship, discussion and service. Newcomers are always welcome.
Iris Circle: This widely-intergenerational group meets once a month, in the evening, usually at 7:30 p.m. Contact Cathy Ghiandoni for more information.
Heather Circle: This group of mostly retired women meets once a month at noon for lunch and fellowship. Contact Hazel Grant or Verna Bidelman for more information.
Lilac Circle: This group of women also hosts a monthly evening meeting and program. Contact Cindy Newton for more information.
Women’s Retreats are held at different times throughout the year. They range from 3-day 2-night off site events to half-day events held at the church.
The last Women’s Retreat was March 27- 28, 2009. Sixteen women plus the retreat leaders gathered at the River’s Edge Retreat Center for fellowship, fun and renewal. Together they explored the theme of Reconciling and Rejoicing.
