Online Directory
The Forest Hill Church Directory is now online! Access it via this link: http://www.connections.lifetouch.com/?orgLogin=1868
Our Online Directory is a private directory. It contains the same information as the recently published Forest Hill Church Directory but can ONLY be accessed by Forest Hill members and long-time visitors who either (a) participated in the 2009 Lifetouch pictorial directory or (b) who call the church office and validate that their name appears on the Forest Hill Church roster.
The first time you go to the Directory, the Login page below should appear. (Click here if you are taken to a page titled “Find My Organization.”)
Do NOT type anything in the Username or Password fields yet. A Username and Password has already been created for you by Lifetouch, our Directory provider. Click “Forgot your password or user name?” and Lifetouch will email your Username and Password to the email address you provided to them when your picture was taken.
When you receive the email from Lifetouch (this should only take a minute or two), return to the Login page and enter the Username and Password contained in the email. You will be able to reset your Username and Password to something easier for you to remember if you prefer.
NOTE: if you have changed your email address since your photograph was taken, you may receive a message saying you are “not part of the community.” If that is the case, email the administrator with your new email address so we can send your information to the correct email address.
Once logged in, you will be on the Member Directory page.
Your photo will appear on the left-hand side of the page below several links. To change your personal information, including your Username and Password, click the My Profile link.
To change your personal information click Edit at the top of your My Profile page.
Your family names, address, email address and phone number will already be completed with the information you provided to Lifetouch. Information such as birthdays (month and day only), occupations, hobbies and church activities for each individual person listed in your Profile can be added via the the Additional Profile Information link.
If you wish to update your Profile information, please email our Office Administrator Lynda and let her know what changes you have made.
To change your Username/Password, complete the Change Login information on the left-hand side of the screen. To change or add any other information, such as your cell phone number, etc., use the Edit Member Profile fields in the middle of the page.
A Note About Privacy: Although the Edit Member Profile feature permits you to remove certain elements from the Online Directory, doing so will not increase your privacy. This information has already been published in the church’s printed Directory and distributed to all church members. The Online Directory is actually more private than your printed Directory because it can be accessed only by individuals whose pictures are already in the Directory and those whose identities and right to access the Online Directory are validated by the Forest Hill Church administrator.
