Trouble accessing directory?
No Login page
If you are taken to a page titled “Find My Organization,” you will need to use the drop-down menus provided on that page to locate our Online Directory. Choose “OH” in the Select State field and wait for the Select a City field to be highlighted (it may take a few minutes). Select “Cleveland Heights” then choose “Forest Hill Church Presbyterian” in the Select an Organization field. Click Submit and our Login page should appear.
You should only need to complete this Find My Organization screen once. The next time you use the directory, the link should take you directly to the Login screen.
“Not a Member of this Community”
If Lifteouch sends you a Username and Password but tells you “You are not a member of this community” when you try to login, you need to need to email our Office Administrator Lynda or call her at 216.321.2660 to give her your correct current email address.
