Shrove Tuesday Dinner ~ Tues. Feb. 16 @ 6:30pm
Join us for our 2nd annual Fat Tuesday/ Mardi Gras feast on Tues. Feb. 16, 6:30pm (music starts @ 7pm). This day before Ash Wednesday is traditionally a time for communities to have their last party before Lent. A 17-minute mini-opera of Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham will be performed. Children as well as adults will LOVE this sung version of Dr. Seuss’s much-loved tale, featuring soprano Lara Troyer and baritone Peter Bush, with Anne Wilson tickling the ivories. Pancakes and sausages will be served, and our Fellowship Hall will be decorated for Mardi Gras, so bring the whole family for great food and great music!
